Daniel Buberis

Director

Daniel Buberis has a background in Strength and Conditioning with over 15 years of professional coaching experience working with Junior and Elite Professional Athletes across various sports and organisations, in particular Tennis Australia as Professional Men’s and Davis Cup Physical Performance Coach and within the AFL at the Port Adelaide Football Club where he was the Rehabilitation Coordinator.

Daniel is also Founder of Project Six Foundation and the 2021 Filipino Community Services Award Recipient awarded by the Filipino Settlement Coordinating Council of SA.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science – Strength and Conditioning from Edith Cowan University, WA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Torrens University in the Blue Mountains, NSW. He is a passionate advocate for sports participation, physical activity, and coach development having worked alongside some of the world’s elite sport coaches and athletes. He is a recognised Elite Mentor with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association with a strong focus towards promoting personal growth and athlete development, holistic program designs, and community involvement in a wide range of contexts. It is his personal story that led him to establish Project Six Foundation.

Campbell Milne

Director

Campbell is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has over a decade of experience and knowledge gained from working as an accountant for various accounting firms in Adelaide. Campbell has broad experience in the banking & finance and the tourism & hospitality sectors.

Drawing on his knowledge and experience gained from his time working in the business advisory, accounting & taxation industry,

Campbell is able to bring a level of expertise in financial operations and sustainability, and compliance and risk management across the organisation. Campbell has a strong passion for working with organisations that help improve the lives of others and is a strong advocate for healthy living through sports participation and physical activity, and supporting children and youth, to help reach their full potential.

Brett McLelan

Director

Brett, a former Tennis Australia High Performance Coach for Victoria-Boys 12-15 years at the National Tennis Academy in Melbourne, is also a LTA Level 2 Club Coach and holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing), Cert IV Training and Assessing, and Cert III Sports Coaching.

Brett was also Tennis Australia Learning Facilitator for 5 years, Tennis Australia Coach Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania from 2015-2017 as well as a key note speaker at several International Coach Education conferences (LTA, USTA).

Brett is passionate about sports and coaching, and supporting the development of children and youth through sports and physical activity across South East Asia, and significantly, has been a key driver of Project Six Foundations strategic direction through the facilitation and development of the coach education and sports curriculum programs, that are currently delivered into schools, orphanages and clubs across the Philippines.

Roland Kraut

Director

Roland Kraut brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge as a tennis coach and coach educator and former tennis player in the Philippines. He is currently Head Tennis Coach of the Da La salle University tennis team in Manila – a role he has held for over 20 years. He was also the National Coach for the Philippine Tennis Association (PHILTA) and a former Davis Cup Team Captain and Junior Davis Cup Team Captain.

He has also worked for the International Tennis Federation (ITF) as a coach education facilitator for Level 1 & 2 Coaching Courses delivering courses in Mongolia and Sri-Lanka and the Philippines.

He is also a certified Level 3 ITF Tennis Coach, a certified P2 Coach with the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce (Business Management) from De La Salle University.

Roland has a strong passion for sports participation and physical activity providing support to many organisations, schools and sports associations across the Philippines advising on coaching, training, and professional development and community involvement to help improve the lives and personal development of others.

Belinda Colaneri

International Director of Coach Development and Education (Sports)

Belinda holds Bachelor degrees in Applied Science and Education. She is the Coach Education Project Manager at Tennis Australia, which involves managing the highest tennis qualification, while writing, delivering and creating educational content for tennis coaches across Australia. Belinda has over 20 years tennis coaching experience and was a Secondary Physical Education,

Health and Science teacher for 10 years, teaching at many of Melbourne’s most prestigious schools. Belinda has Italian heritage and enjoys travelling, skiing, running and spending time with her family and friends.

Russell D’Costa MBA GAICD

Director of Business Strategy & Corporate Governance

Russell is an accomplished executive, board director and chair, with extensive corporate governance experience in the not-for-profit sector. Russell is a Director with Gymnastics Australia and Life Education SA and is the Immediate Past President and Chairman of Gymnastics South Australia.

Russell has 15+ years’ experience in sport management spanning participation through to high performance, working for peak sporting bodies in SA, Australia and the UK.

UK. He is currently responsible for managing the Centre for Cancer Biology, a world class medical research institute boasting the largest concentration of cancer research in the state, hosting 22 laboratories and 150+ researchers.

Russell brings to Project Six Foundation a passion for sport and child and youth development, coupled with extensive business strategy, philanthropy and governance experience.

Andrew Whittington MBA GAICD

Regional Coach & Development Coordinator (Australia & South East Asia)

Andrew helps coordinate our South East Asia and Australian activities, ranging from the organisation of workshops, coaching clinics, events, sports development programs, to helping coordinate P6F activities and tours for our overseas projects.

Andrew is also a former professional tennis player having reached an ATP career high ranking of 160. He made second round in the main draw at the Australian Open in 2017, and also qualified for Wimbledon main draw in that same year.

He also reached a career high of 74 in Doubles making the Semi Finals at the Australian Open in 2017 with fellow Australian, Marc Polman’s.

A former AIS junior scholarship holder, Andrew, now lives in Melbourne and is coaching at one of Melbourne’s most prestigious tennis clubs, Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club.
