Sport as a force for opportunity, friendship and growth
Project Six Foundation Limited was established on 15 November 2018 in Glengowrie, South Australia. We began with a simple conviction: that sport, coaching and physical education can transform a child's life — wherever they live.
From regional Australian communities to orphanages and elementary schools in the Philippines and Cambodia, our coaches and volunteers deliver programs that build skills, confidence and friendships in children aged early childhood through to 15 years.
We are a small charity with a big footprint — focused, hands-on and driven by the belief that every child deserves the chance to move, play and grow.
Sport opens doors. We work to make sure every child gets a chance to step through them.
Through structured coaching and PE, we help children develop fundamental movement, teamwork and life skills.
We focus our work in impoverished and low socio-economic communities where opportunities are fewest and impact is greatest.
Empowering local coaches and educators ensures our programs continue long after our team leaves.
Programs are designed so every child — whatever their background or ability — can participate, succeed and belong.
We celebrate the simple joy of play. Movement is for everyone, and laughter belongs in every session.
Our programs reach children at critical stages of their development — both at home in Australia and abroad — with a particular focus on those who would otherwise miss out.
Foundational movement, play-based PE and fundamental motor skill activities for our youngest participants.
Structured coaching clinics, team sports and skill development for school-aged children in Australia and overseas.
Programs delivered directly into orphanages in the Philippines and Cambodia, where stable, joyful activity is life-changing.
Working in partnership with elementary schools in impoverished communities to embed PE and active play into the school day.
Coaching clinics in regional Australia where access to structured sport and coaching can otherwise be limited.
We invest in the people on the ground — local coaches, teachers and volunteers who keep programs running long-term.
Training and mentoring coaches — both in Australia and overseas — so they can confidently deliver quality sport and PE to children.
Direct delivery of inclusive sport sessions so every child gets to take part, regardless of ability or experience.
Curriculum-aligned PE in elementary schools, especially those in low socio-economic and impoverished communities.
Providing the basic kit and resources schools and orphanages need so children can keep playing after our visits.
